Overview

Anette Beyer is a partner with the Firm and Head of the Trademark and Patent departments. She specializes in patent and trademark protection and enforcement actions, including patent and trademark registrations, oppositions, defenses, cancellation actions, transfers and mergers. Anette has extensive experience analyzing the patentability of inventions and works with established companies to formulate effective registration strategies. She also oversees a full range of patent protection actions concerning industrial designs and utility patents. Anette regularly represents clients in patent, trademark and copyright application prosecutions and disputes before administrative and judicial courts, including the Supreme Tribunal of Justice.

Anette began her career at the Firm in 1996. She is a graduate of the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and the Universidad Metropolitana.
