MARQUES, the European association representing brand owners’ interests, is dedicated to promoting the development and protection of trademarks and related intellectual property rights. The Annual Conference is one of the most important global gatherings for IP professionals, offering a unique platform to discuss emerging trends, legal developments, and best practices in brand protection.
This year’s conference sessions will focus on brand changes in an international context, addressing topics such as the impact of external factors on IP work, brands in international trade, the rise of sustainability, international jurisdiction in trademark litigation, brands in international M&A, brand revivals, and recent case law from the CJEU and EU General Court.
