Dana Bentata Joins ECTA’s Artificial Intelligence and Data Committee

Dana Bentata has been selected to join the European Community Trade Mark Association’s (ECTA) Artificial Intelligence and Date Committee (AIDC) for the 2025-2027 term. 

The AIDC monitors and analyzes legislative and policy developments on AI, data, privacy, and data protection in the European Union and beyond. The committee tracks the European Commission’s positions, prepares technical comments and submissions, participates in ECTA–Commission meetings, and contributes expert views on AI technologies and IP, data governance, and privacy frameworks, including guidance, best practices, and case-law insights.
