Gabriel E. Carabeo B. is an associate with the Firm’s Trademark department and Dispute Resolution Group. He specializes in international trademark searching, clearance, filing and enforcement, including drafting cease and desist notices and trademark cancellation requests. Gabriel conducts comprehensive trademark investigations and assesses potential trademark conflicts in the marketplace and trademark registries post-registration. He also regularly opposes and defends trademarks before the administrative and judicial courts.

Gabriel began his career at the Firm in 2013. He is a graduate of the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and the Universidad Monte Ávila.
