Haidy Violeta Fernandez Manuitt is an associate with the Firm’s Trademark department. She specializes in the preparation and processing of applications for trademarks, slogans, and commercial names as well as trademark portfolio management. Haidy also oversees trademark oppositions, defenses, reconsideration recourse, assignments, mergers and renewals.

Haidy began her career at the Firm in 1999. She is a graduate of the Universidad Central de Venezuela.
