Overview
Karel Bentata is a partner with the Firm. He specializes in foreign investments, franchising, and unfair competition matters. In addition to his representation of Fortune 500 to mid and small-cap companies, he also has extensive experience directly representing consulates, embassies, foreign citizens, and foreign businesses in connection with matters concerning labor and employment, real estate, and multilateral trade agreements. Karel serves as the Honorary Consul General of Iceland in Venezuela.
Karel started his career at the Firm in 1994. He is a graduate of the Universidad Santa Maria and the University of Augsburg.
