Partner Dana Bentata Joins INTA’s Non-Traditional Marks Committee (2024-2026)

We are proud to announce that our partner, Dana Bentata, has been re-selected to join the Non-Traditional Marks Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA) for the 2024-2026 term. Dana previously served on the committee from 2022 to 2024. 

The Non-Traditional Marks Committee focuses on the protection and enforcement of nontraditional trademarks, such as sound, color, and trade dress. The committee works on policy recommendations, legal developments, and best practices to strengthen the recognition of these marks globally.

INTA is a global organization representing more than 6,500 brand owners, law firms, and professionals across 185 countries, dedicated to promoting trademarks and related intellectual property to foster consumer trust, economic growth, and innovation. Through advocacy, education, and policy initiatives, INTA plays a vital role in shaping IP law worldwide.
